Ice Climbing

Location: Circo de Gredos is one of the most important ice climbing locations in the Spanish Peninsula. In this location we will find good quality ice and icefalls of all degrees of difficulty and lengths to enjoy and improve our ice axe traction techniques.	Climbing icefalls in Pinetta
Objectives: To improve ice axe traction and front-point techniques, body language technique in ice climbing, progression in ice slopes from 45º up to 90º, securing dynamic safety measures with double rope, setting up safety points in snow, ice and rock, using dissipators, setting up ice belays, abseiling with fix belays (abalakovs), nivology.
Duration: 2 days.
Price: Consult in advance.
Includes: Half-board in mountain shelter, group and individual equipment (climbing rope, harness, helmets, etc), high sierra instructor and casualty insurance.
Minimum and Maximum number of people per guide in a group: 2 persons.
