Rock Climbing Level I

Location: Toledo, climbing schools of Risco del Fraile and la Ermita de la Cabeza, and the second weekend, climbing schools of la Pedriza, Patones, and Vellón.	Yelmo´s South Face (Pedriza)
Objectives: Climbing modalities, material, knots and ropework, rappel or abseiling, basic progression techniques, body language, first level climbing, basic maneuvers with climbing ropes, basic concepts regarding safety, interpreting sketches and practice exercise in different kinds of rocks and climbing areas.
Duration: 4 days, 2 weekends.
Price: Consult in advance.
Includes: Transportation (from Toledo), half-board in mountain shelter, group and individual equipment (climbing rope, harness, helmets, climbing boots, etc), high sierra instructor and casualty insurance.
Minimum and Maximum number of people per guide in a group: 4 persons.
Required Material: Comfortable and adequate clothes and it is advisable to bring your own climbing boots.
