Enjoying the forests and the show in Canada |
Objectives: Introduction to cross-country skiing, material; use and maintenance, planning the route, nivology, basic mountaineering techniques, ascent techniques, descent techniques in snow that has not been treated, protocol for avalanches, use of the avalanche beacon (ARVA). |
| Requirements: Participants should be in good physical condition. They should be used to carry out physical activities in the mountains. They should have a certain level of skiing skills, and should be able to carry out parallel turns. Adequate clothing, crampons and ice axe, skis, sealskins, blades, ski sticks and cross-country boots. |
| Duration: 2 days. |

| Includes: Half-board in mountain shelter, group material, high sierra instructor and casualty insurance. |
| Minimum and Maximum number of people per guide in a group: 4/6 persons. |
